What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges of each seller are different. The items which are listed as F-Assured have a delivery charge of Rs. 40 per item, if the total cost of the order is less than 500 Rupees. In case the order value exceeds rupees 500, the delivery is free.

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?

There is a chance that our delivery partners have a holiday during the days of your placement of order. Basically, the delivery time is the estimated time during which the parcel is expected to be received. We usually add a day to this estimated time, in order to avoid negligence. Most of the sellers as well as courier services do not work on Sundays, so that has to be taken under notice too.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated delivery time from the time of booking of the order is 8 to 10 working days. The working days do not include public holidays and Sundays. There are different factors on which the estimated delivery time depends. These include:

  • Either the product is available with the seller or not
  • The destination of delivery and the location of the seller.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by Sellers on AyurBee?

When you buy an item on AyurBee, you must be sure that there are no hidden charges. The list prices on the website include all the taxes and hence are final. You pay exactly the amount that is shown. However, you have to pay the delivery charges, which are not hidden and are dependent on the shipping policy of the seller.

Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?

Cash on Delivery option mostly depends on the courier partner services of the seller, whether they allow the cash as payment on delivery time or not. Sometimes there is a limit on the payable cash amount by the courier partners. If the final value of your order is more than that limit, then CoD might not be an option for you. However, you can enter the pin code of the product on the page to find out either cash on delivery option is available or not.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

You can easily return your order by contacting us. You will have to fill a request form for return. You will receive a call and your return will be initiated.

If it is possible for the concerned department, we will facilitate the pick up of the order. In case, the pick up is not available, you can use a courier service to return the product. The return fee will be paid by the seller.

Different abbreviations/definitions in Shipping policy

‘In Stock’

The items which are listed under the tag, ‘In Stock’, are the items which are present in the inventory and hence are ready to dispatch and hence the delivery will take from 2 to 6 working days.

‘Available’

These are the items, which are usually not in stock at the time, but if the order is placed the seller is responsible to procure them. The items which are ‘Available’, have usually a little more delivery time because it includes the procurement time as well as the shipping time.

‘Preorder’ or ‘Forthcoming’

The items which are under the tag ‘Preorder’ or ‘Forthcoming’, are from the upcoming collection. These items are soon to be released, and hence you can pre-book them. The items will be shipped to you in 2 to 6 working days, once they have been officially released.

‘Out of Stock’

These items have gone out of stock and are not available for sale. However, you can click on the notify me feature to get updates about the article.

‘Imported’

There are some items, which sellers have to import from outside the India. These items are tagged as imported and they can take at least 10 day for delivery.

‘Back In Stock Soon’

Sometimes, a popular item gets sold out too quick. The Back in Stock soon items can be booked earlier and will be shipped after they are procured.

‘Temporarily Unavailable’

This tag mentions that the item is currently out of stock, but it can come back soon. However, you can click on the notify me feature to get updates about the article.

‘Permanently Discontinued’

This product is no longer available because it is obsolete and/or its production has been discontinued.

‘Out of Print’

This product is not available because it is no longer being published and has been permanently discontinued.
