Cancellation

1. How do I cancel an order?

For cancellation of the medicine or any healthcare product order, visit the ‘Order Details’ section on the website www.ayurbee.in.  You can also cancel your order by directly calling on the customer support number, which is 7021858409. Your order can be cancelled any time before it is out of delivery. After cancellation, the refund policy will be applied.

Return Policy

1. What is the time period during which the orders can be returned?

The orders can be returned from 0-7 days before delivery. Visit the product FAQ page to find out the information on the return policy. However, it is commendable to check the return policy before placing the order.

2. Which Products cannot be returned?

Products Not Eligible for Return- there are terms mentioned by all sellers who are using the www.ayurbee.in platform. The products cannot be returned if:

a. the product gets opened, used, or disfigured. Make sure to check the package before receiving in front of the delivery rider.

b. by somehow the product gets damaged. 

c. the packaging seal or the packaging gets damaged or open. Before accepting the product, it is highly requested to check the packaging. The receiver must not accept the order under any circumstances, if the packaging or the packaging seal is damaged.

d. the product details screen on the website mentions that the product cannot be returned.

e. accessories which are given with the products get lost or get tampered.

f. at the time of the delivery to the receiver, the product does not contain any serial number or a UPC number or a barcode. The receiver must check the product for a serial number or a barcode, and if that is not present the product must not be accepted.

g. manufacture’s warranty does not cover the particular defect in the product.

h. the product to be returned has been opened and original packaging or the free accessories have been removed.

i. the product has been used.

j. the products are in the categories of personal care, healthcare device, baby care, and food and nutrition. Despite this, if the above mentioned products are defective or are lacking the mentioned features, they can be returned. The products can also be returned if it is delivered later than the mentioned time.

Additional Note:

The items cannot be returned if-

a. products which are mentioned as non-returnable in the product detail screen

b. products whose return window has passed.

If the consumer returns the non-returnable items with the returnable items, the platform is not supposed to provide any refund on these items.

How to Return?

1. The products can be returned within the time period of the return window. Customers can follow easy steps to fill the return request form.

a. Click on My Orders;

b. After that, select the order

c. Click on the ‘Return’ button

d. Check whether the product that you want to return is returnable or not

e. Check whether the product that you want to return is in the return window or not.

f. select the item that you want to return.

g. Mention the quantity of the product to be returned

2. Customers can also place the return request live by calling the customer care service at 7021858409.

3. After processing the return request, www.ayurbee.in will pick up the items from the delivered location during the following time line.

a. For Maharashtra*: Within 24-48 hours after the approval of return request.

b. For Other States: Between 4-5 business days from the time of approval of return request. Please note that this time period may be longer depending on the third-party courier partner’s terms.

4. Please keep the return package ready in its original packaging with all the labels intact. You are also requested to keep a copy of the invoice/ bill from the seller handy for verification.
