Which cities do you operate in?
We provide services across 800+ cities in India, including Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bengaluru and Ahmedabad. You can search for your city from our ‘Deliver to’ section on the home screen.
How can I get my order delivered faster?
Sorry, we currently do not have a feature available to expedite the order delivery. However, if we offer this feature in the future and if your area pin code is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.
Can I modify my address after Order placement?
Sorry, once the order is placed, we are unable to modify the delivery address. Please place a fresh order with the new delivery address.
How safe is AyurBee for online purchase?

What payment method do you accept?
We have various payment options available. You can pay through online banking, debit card, credit card, UPI, wallets and COD (Cash on Delivery).
When will I get my refund?
Once the refund has been initiated, the refund amount is expected to reflect as per the payment method: Cash on Delivery – Refund will be in mentioned Bank Account (Within 48 hours) Online Payment via Credit / Debit Cards – Refund will be credited to mentioned Bank Account (3-5 business days) Card at Delivery – Refund will be in mentioned Bank Account (Within 48 hours) Net banking – Refund will be in mentioned Bank Account (7 – 10 business days) UPI – Refund will be in mentioned Bank Account (Within 48 hours) PhonePe & other E-wallets – Refund will be in PhonePe & E-wallet (2-3 business days) NEFT (Bank Refund) – Refund will be credited to your Bank Account (5 – 7 business days) Points to Note: Refunds timelines depend on Bank turnaround times and RBI guidelines. Also, Delivery and Cash Handling charges will not be refunded If payments are received from the AyurBee and another source, any refunds will be credited to the AyurBee first and then to the 2nd source as per the timelines mentioned above. Please note that any refund will be initiated only for the specific number of items / products that you chose in the returns request placed with us. We will not process a refund for any additional units or other items / products returned. Any additional units or items / products received, during the course of the returns process, will not be returned to you either.
What are the payment modes at AyurBee?
